"Beach joy was a wonderful vacation home! Spacious but not too big you got lost. Front decks were perfect overlooking the pond. The pool isn’t huge but worked really well for us. Bedrooms are more updated than pictures which was an added bonus. The walk to the beach is quick and easy which we loved. Overall was an amazing vacation. We didn’t want to leave."
"Our family loved just about everything about Beach Joy! Location is wonderful...easy access to Ocean Lake as well as the beach. Pool was just perfect for cooling off. The elevator is a huge plus for load-in and load-out. Very comfortable, but you don't feel like you're in a glass house that you can't relax in. The kitchen is almost overstocked with pots, pans, glasses, etc. Takes a while to find what you need, because there is so much kitchen gear that gets a bit out of organization with each family. But chances are what you are looking for is there. Great sunset views on the porches. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 children (5 and 3) and 2 dogs. My adult children were so happy to be able to bring their pups along. Highly recommended."

"This house has a nice location. It is an easy walk to the beach or community pool and the decks have a nice view of the neighborhood pond. There is a trail around the pond (about 100 feet from the front door) which is nice for morning walks with the dog."
