"This house was fantastic it was the perfect size for our family of 10 adults and 2 kids. We even had extra room/beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of sitting areas inside and out. The dinning room table was large enough for everyone to sit at. There’s a bonus fridge in the basement that was great for drinks. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having a full size washer and dryer. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was a perfect stay!"
"We stayed the last week of September into October which is late in the season for my family, but we loved it! We were really happy with Coastal Retreat. Lots of hang out space both in and outside. We loved the bar outside by the pool. Spent lots of time out there playing games. The views from the 2nd and 3rd level decks were great! The game room was fun. The beach accesses were so close to the house. I plan on coming back yo Coastal Retreat!"

"The rental home is well appointed and maintained. This is our third year renting this home and we see updates each time. We rented the house next door for six years until it became obvious they were letting things deteriorate. We will try to get the home again next summer for two weeks also!"
"The layout of this house is ideal for families with small children. The entertaining and living room areas are all together on the 3rd and 4th floors, while the kid's rooms are away from the noise on the 2nd level. From a safety standpoint, it's nice to not have kids on the first floor. And it's right across the street from the beach access! It's perfect!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Second Nest! The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean views from the decks. The hot tub and pool were very nice and well maintained. We also loved how close we were to the beach access. It felt like we were beachfront with how short of a walk it was to cross the dune! Our only suggestion for anyone visiting is to be prepared to walk a lot of steps in the home. We got a workout! Overall a great home for an awesome vacation."
