"Location, Location, Location! Secluded beach street with friendly, kind, renters and home owners. Short walk to the beach. We love the decks with views of the street and the hot tub on the upper level deck with a lighthouse view. The Weber gas grill provides this "Grill Master" with an opportunity to be successful. We are thankful that we have had the opportunity to stay at Sunnyside since 2009."

"House was well stocked with a wide variety of items and all the items worked well. A/C was good and strong. Lighting in the house was good without adding too much heat to the home and the different location of balconies were very practical. Loved the hot tub on the top deck so you can enjoy the stars at night."

"This home was at an amazing location walking distance to beach, sound, and light house. The town of Corolla has a nice coffee shop, book store, lovely park area, and much more. The home had ample sleeping space for 8 adults and bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of lighthouse from back deck. There were plenty of beach chairs, canopy, and cart for use. We were a few minutes drive to 4x4 beach to see wild horses. We definitely hope to stay at sunny side again soon!"
