The walk to the ocean was very doable and the pool area and carport worked well for family time. The elevator was perfect and proved to be a necessity."

"Very new and well maintained. The vinyl floor was great for a clean feel to the house and even better with a dog. We really appreciated finding such an awesome house, let alone one that allowed our dog. The pool was also extremely nice. We loved the gold flecks in it! It made for a really picturesque setting. The homeowner touches to make you feel welcome were definitely noticed and appreciated. While we didn’t use the elevator, knowing that it was there was a nice feature as well."
