Located in the sought-after Corolla Light community, this coastal retreat is just a short walk from the Oceanfront Complex and the wide, soft-sand beach. Featuring calming seaside decor and fantastic amenities, this home has everything your family needs for the best vacation ever.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find an open, bright great room with many windows to let natural light fill the space. Choose to relax in the comfortable living area or sunroom, perfect for catching up with loved ones or watching your favorite movies or sports. The sun room is an ideal place to curl up with a book or play a hand of cards. Up a short set of stairs, the ship’s watch offers horizon ocean views and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Step outside onto the sun deck to enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals for the duration of your stay, just add your groceries. Gather in the dining area nearby to enjoy meals together. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor.
Outside, your outdoor oasis awaits. Enjoy a swim in the refreshing private pool or soak up the sunshine around the pool. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head over to the poolside tiki bar, which features a full refrigerator to keep cold beverages readily available. An outdoor half bathroom is conveniently located beside the tiki bar. At the end of each day, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub on the second-level deck.
All the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower two levels. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and deck access. There are two additional bedrooms, one with deck access, and one full bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find the final ensuite bedroom, which includes a private bathroom.
The Corolla Light Community offers an impressive array of amenities and planned activities during the summer months. Stroll across the street to the oceanfront complex, which features two pools, a kiddie pool, a clubhouse, a playground, and outdoor sports courts. Also included within the community are a Sports Center with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, indoor tennis courts, fitness center, and more. Outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, a soundside community pool, a nature trail, a fishing pond, and seasonal trolley service are additional resort-style amenities available to guests in Corolla Light. Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
