Offering both privacy and convenience, there’s something for everyone at this spacious beach home that features cheery coastal decor throughout.
The main living space is on the top floor of the home, which features high ceilings and many windows that allow natural light to fill the great room. Kick back and relax with family and friends in the living area and enjoy your favorite TV show. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months. A separate sitting area nearby is the perfect place to catch up on email or curl up with a good book. The attractive kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals for the duration of your vacation including a wine fridge. Enjoy meals together inside in the dining area or outside on the deck. Step outside onto the back deck off of the living area and dining area to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. There is one master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes a private full bathroom with dual vanities.
The middle level is a mixture of sleeping quarters and common space. There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room on this floor. There is also a den with a TV on the middle floor. There is one additional bedroom on the ground floor, with a semi-private full bathroom. The rec room on the ground floor features a pool table, foosball and dartboard, as well as a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator for easy snack and drink breaks.
Step outside of the rec room door to the outdoor oasis. Make a splash in the private pool or enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The beautifully landscaped pool area features a variety of seating options, including a table and chairs that is perfect for lunch by the pool. Grassy areas around the pool host a cornhole game and a hammock for going to the next level of relaxation. In addition to the amenities at the vacation home, Corolla Light offers a plethora of community amenities and activities. Trolley service throughout the community is available during the summer months, so no need to worry about finding parking at the oceanfront pool complex, soundfront pool, or fitness center with indoor pool. With the perfect mix of relaxation and amenities, “Fern Gully” is sure to leave our guests relaxed with treasured Outer Banks vacation memories!
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
