K737Get ready for a fun filled OBX vacation in “Casa Delfino!” Centrally located in the premier Corolla Light neighborhood, this vacation home is a short walk from the beach and the fantastic community amenities. “Casa Delfino” is just around the corner from Corolla Light’s Oceanfront Complex, which includes three outdoor pools, beach access, lighted basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, and the Oceanfront Grille. Lighted tennis courts are also a short walk away from the home. In addition, Corolla Light’s Sports Center offers an indoor pool, fitness center, and indoor tennis and racquetball courts. There is an additional community pool on the soundfront.
Featuring charming coastal decor, “Casa Delfino” is a cozy place to relax and unwind between activities. The great room on the top floor is attractive and offers a place for all staying in the home to congregate. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, including countertop seating, and is equipped to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Eat together at the table nearby in the dining area, or choose to dine outdoors on the deck. Comfortable seating in the elevated living area allows everyone to gather and watch a movie together. A sunroom serves as an additional common space, perfect for playing a hand of cards or relaxing with a good book. Outside, the top level of the home includes both covered and uncovered decks. The covered deck is circular and has built-in seating, offering a great place to conversate over morning coffee. There is one master bedroom, with a private full bathroom, on the top level. A half bathroom can be found on the third level as well.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The screened porch and porch swing are comfortable features on the middle level deck. Laundry facilities and an additional sitting area can be found on the ground floor. The outdoor ping pong table will provide many hours of family fun.
In addition to the home’s convenient proximity to all that Corolla Light has to offer, the home is a short walk, jog or bike ride to Historic Whalehead, Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Corolla Village. “Casa Delfino” is in a terrific location to enjoy the best of what Corolla has to offer! Have an electric vehicle? Casa Delfino has its own electric charging station, so feel free to plug in.
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.
