"Beautiful view of the ocean! The home was very nice. Unfortunately the heat failed the second night, just when the temperature dropped to need it. The homeowner authorized the repair but I guess parts weren’t immediately available. Despite the necessity to move to a different home, I would definitely stay here again, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this home. Or recommending Twiddy. In fact, I already have!"
"We had a great time at Watercolor!!!! If you are looking for a more rustic OBX experience in a nice beach home this is perfect. it. Wild horses were seen every day. Caught over 70 fish in the surf during the week. Found lots of shells and sea glass walking the beach. Perfect autumn escape!!!"
"We loved the location of the home. We felt secluded, and we were able to see the wild horses on numerous occasions. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed it almost every evening. The beach was great. We got to have moments where there was no one around us, and it felt like our own private stretch of beach."
"The home was awesome. Very well stocked kitchen. The views were fantastic the pool and hot tub were great. We saw the horses. Only thing I would add is that you need to lower your tire pressure prior to hitting the beach. We got stuck twice but thanks to a nice neighbor we were pulled out the first time the second time we were told to lower our tire pressure to 20 or below. It was. Great vacation and I didn’t want to leave. Felt right at home!!!! Would highly recommend this home"

"Very nice home. Could use a little updating but otherwise it had everything you could need. Two refrigerators, which was very convenient, a griddle, gas grill and charcoal grill ( caming grade). Plenty of utensils. All the bedrooms were spacious. Beautiful views, horses visited a few times. Would stay here again."

Livingroom furniture was my not my favorite, but was fine for our small family of 3. We had a great time."

"We had a fantastic week at Watercolor. Horses came in the yard at least 3 of the warmer days. The house was clean, the amount of space was great for our 10 people. We had a game night, games supplied. The hottub was clean. The owners supplied beach chairs and toys which was fantastic because our 4x4 was packed with 3 kids."
