Are items such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc provided? Thank you

Can we drive up to the house we are renting or do we have to park somewhere and get a 4 x 4 to access the property? Are dogs allowed
Thank you for your inquiry, Howard! R11467 is located on the 4x4 beach of Corolla. We only recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles for accessing homes in the 4x4 area. For guests that do not have a 4-wheel drive vehicle, we offer satellite parking at our Corolla office. Permits can be purchased at the front counter on the day of arrival. What's the ice situation this far up the beach? Anywhere close enough to buy a few bags every day, or an ice machine?
Brendan, Wink's gas station, which is approximately a 10 minute drive from this offer sells ice. Also, the Carova Beach Fire Department sells ice during the day. For more information on their hours, please call (252) 453-8690.

How far up is high tide? Is access to the house limited by the tides and will we have to drive through water to the house?
Renee, the tide line during high and low tide varies. You are still able to access the 4x4 area during high tide. However, low tide is ideal for driving on the beach.
