All of the “new” is wrapped in classic “Old Nags Head-style” architecture with cedar shake siding and crisp white trim. The house is stunning both inside and out.
Situated on one of the highest lots in the 4x4, this 2.5 acre estate boasts not only privacy but unobstructed views of both the ocean and sunrise to the East and the sound and sunset to the West. You may enjoy these views from the windows, decks and porches from all levels of both the Main House and Guest House. You’ll likely see the wild horses roaming the property, so keep your cameras handy!
The Guest House offers approximately 1,000 square feet of additional living space. With a full kitchen, living area and dining area, this is perfect for use as a bridal suite or for the head of the family to enjoy extra privacy and respite. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a bathroom with a tiled shower, soaking tub, double marble vanity, decks with views of the ocean and sound and private outdoor shower. The Guest House connects to the Main House via the mid-level outside deck and can also be accessed using a private elevator on the ground floor. Separate WiFi, satellite TV and Sonos sound system complete the package.
“Villa Valhalla” features nine spacious bedrooms, each of which has private bathrooms and one that shares a bathroom with the ground level recreation room. There are also half baths on the top level off of the living area and by the downstairs pool area for added convenience. Other special touches include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, elevators in each house, kitchens in each house, theater room and a rec room with pool table and foosball.
Outdoors, you will love the privacy-screened, saltwater-filtered pool along with a large and furnished pool deck, hot tub and cabana bar with sink and gas grill. There are additional furnished decks on all levels of the Main House and Guest House. Everyone in your group can find a private place indoors or out!

While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Ocean Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
