Upon arrival, the home's inviting ambiance welcomes you into a spacious great room adorned with coastal-inspired décor. The expansive windows frame gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding coastal landscape, creating a serene backdrop for family gatherings. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or converse with loved ones. The adjacent dining area, featuring a generous table, invites shared meals and lively conversations, while the well-appointed kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, stands ready for culinary endeavors. Make your morning coffee and step outside onto the deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean nearby. The decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the salty ocean breeze at any point of your day. The rec room on the lower level is equipped with a wet bar, a refrigerator, seating area, and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, with refreshments within reach. The family room no longer has a dishwasher. There is a new bar with surrounding cabinets containing a sink, ice maker, and double tap kegerator. It still features couches, a large screen TV, and an additional bar table with chairs. Step outside to discover the private pool area, where days can be spent basking in the sun or taking refreshing dips. The hot tub offers a soothing respite under the starlit sky, while multiple decks provide the perfect vantage points for witnessing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. An outdoor shower adds convenience after sandy beach excursions. An additional outdoor shower is available.
In the unique 4x4 area, you'll have the opportunity to see the majestic Corolla Wild Horses roaming freely, adding a touch of wonder to your stay. This coastal retreat is situated just a few miles from the 4x4 access ramp, making it convenient for making trips into town. While the seclusion of Ocean Beach offers a peaceful escape, the vibrant town of Corolla is just a short drive away, where you can explore local shops, savor coastal cuisine, and discover historical sites.

The southern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, the oceanfront homes of Ocean Beach begin approximately 1.5 miles from the beach access ramp and stretch north for about a mile. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Ocean Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
