The kitchen was large and spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to dine. The picnic talbes were fun to eat at while enjoying the view. The views were fabulous from the house! The boardwalk to the beach was great. It made it much easier for beach access for the children and older guests. It was a fabulous vacation. The grandchildren said it was the best vacation EVER!!!"

"Bayberry cottage was Awesome, the view of both the ocean and the sound is so special. The home is set up with all the amenities you could imagine. I love that they added and additional icemaker... it made packing up the cooler for the beach amazing. It was so nice to find fresh comforters on every bed after being used to the COVID precautions the past few years, which is understandable...but is made the home so very welcoming to us all. We definitely look forward to another year in this beautiful home."

"The location was fantastic! Just enough down the 4x4 area it felt secluded but close enough to get to town quickly if needed. The views of both Beach and Lewarks Hill and the sound were incredible! Layout of the home was perfect for our family! Each had their own suite with bathroom and the kids had a great bunk room."

There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen from two coffee pots and a Keurig to an air fryer and everything else you would ever need for a large family or crate. We stayed here with 20 people and we all had plenty of room. The arcade game is a great ad we loved it the beds are so comfortable we wish we knew what I’ve looked at the brand nothing but good reviews here amazing house. We would love to come back but next year is already booked looking to come back here in 2023."
