"The fresh upgrades to this home were perfect. All beds were very comfortable. The views were breathtaking and the owners attention to detail in providing everything you could possibly need in the kitchen made it very easy to prepare meals. One of the nicest we've stayed in in quite awhile."

"The location of this home is awesome. Waking up every morning to the beautiful ocean sunrises is a major plus. There were some minor problems at the beginning of our stay, but they were resolved quickly and the rest of the week was perfect. The beds in this home were very comfortable, the pool was fantastic. This home had an excellent icemaker and the water did not smell like sulfur."

"Phenomenal view of the ocean and sunsets on the sound side! Lots of room in the kitchen cabinets for everything we needed. Easy access to the beach over the dunes. Pool area (pool wasn't open) was relaxing and always love the hot tub after late night fishing. Home is well appointed and very comfortable. Deck views provide lovely sunrises."

"I really liked this home. The rooms were a great size. The pool and hot tub were nice. The board walk was great especially for the older people. It was a great view and close to the ocean. Communication with the owner was good. This was a great vacation!!!"

"This home was wonderful! It was clean and very spacious for our large group. We had beach days and pool days, both were equally fun. There were dolphins playing in the ocean everyday that we were there. The elevator was quite convenient for hauling all the food to the top floor where the kitchen is. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom. We enjoyed morning coffee on the top deck overlooking the ocean. A very memorable vacation!"

"The house needs some updating. A power wash and some paint around outside would help too. Many birds living in vents and eves with lots of bird poop and noise. Several TVs including pool table room with no connection. Need more than 3 outside trash cans for a house this size. Pool had lots of sand when we arrived and was not vacuumed during the week. The location and size are great. Plenty of spaced for 15. Nice kitchen appliances. We had a fun week."
Thanks for your comments and tips. The house is powerwashed every year and apparently you just missed it when you were there. The birds are definately an issue in the 4wd area and we have to carefully act to remove them -- not through power washing! Yes, re the outside cans! There were five when we started the summer and someone must have absconded with one before your trip! We have already replenished! Pool sand is a Twiddy issue as they maintain the pool. Never hesitate to let them know ASAP i

"Great house. Accommodated us 5 families very well. Loved the elevator, very convenient! Theater room was awesome. Great pool. Loved sitting in the tall chairs on upper deck and enjoying the view. So far, favorite house which is why we re-booked it"
