Enjoy meals on the screened porch, which is conveniently located just off the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Grill poolside, or soak up the sunshine, while taking a refreshing dip in the private pool or hot tub. “LyLo by the Sea” is a reminder to pause and enjoy the present; it’s the beach vacation we all need.

On the top level of the home, the living space is defined by soaring vaulted ceilings, a dramatic wall of windows, and sliders that beautifully frame the Atlantic Ocean. The open-concept chef’s kitchen is perfectly equipped for gatherings, featuring premium stainless-steel appliances, a wine fridge, and an icemaker. The kitchen includes an eat-in island, ideal for meal prep or a quick breakfast before going outdoors for the day. For those who love the outdoors, the top level offers a choice between a breezy, screened-in porch for shaded dining or cozy reading and an expansive east-side sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. Situated on the wonderfully unique 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach offers vacationing friends and families the opportunity to enjoy time together on the coast without the distractions of a bustling neighborhood environment. A four-wheel drive vehicle is needed to navigate the beaches where Carova Beach rental homes are located. The northern-most community of the 4x4 Beaches, Carova Beach is approximately 8 miles from the beach access ramp and stretches north for about 3 miles to the Virginia border. While there are no roads, restaurants, or shops in Carova Beach, what you will find is a breathtakingly beautiful & vast shoreline, roaming wild horses and a positively ideal vacation environment.
