"Nice home - a bit outdated but had all that we needed. The smell on the first floor is pretty bad - not sure what that is … and the smell out front as you go down the front steps is also pretty bad. I’d also recommend to provide guests with a few more kitchen towels. Two just isn’t enough for 16 plus people. Plenty of space and home was clean. Thank you."

"The home was very well laid out for a group of 7 high school buddies and their families. We really enjoyed the toys that were there for the littles to play with. Have direct access to the beach was a major plus for such a big group. We never ran out of fridge space either."

"The concrete pad in front of the home made access to home very easy for people in wheelchairs . Many other homes have elevators but outside access for people with physical disabilities is difficult unless we bring our own ramps or planks to facilitate using a wheelchair from vehicle to home"

"We had a great time at Dragonfly Knoll. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need from kitchen items to toys for kids. Yes, there are wear issues as you would expect from a house on the ocean and a rental but they don’t detract from the light and location of the house."
