"Lovely home with all the bells and whistles our group was looking for. The view was spectacular (dolphin sightings daily), the pool was great (though the water was still pretty frigid during our early June visit), and the dune deck overlooking the ocean was my absolute favorite reading spot. Beach access was perfect! Double dishwashers definitely came in handy, as did the elevator - unpacking and loading everything up at the end of the week was a breeze. Kitchen was fairly well-appointed, though pots/pans/kitchen implements were spread out over multiple shelves/cabinets/drawers which led to lots of searching - a good purge would go a long way to eliminating some of the clutter. (Some cabinets did have labels for dishes/bowls/glasses, which was helpful.) Ice maker was VERY SLOW, making only one or two cubes every few hours, but otherwise all appliances were in good working order. I would have liked more seating on the third floor deck for those of us watching the sunrise or just hanging out, and a space for outdoor dining (on third floor or by the pool) would have been even better (along with easier access to the grill, which is fairly hidden on the first floor and we did not use), but these are just suggestions, not deal breakers. Overall, this house exceeded our family's expectations, and we will definitely be back!"

I also had the A/C unit replaced as soon as I heard your concern. Regarding the Wifi, I think Spectrum had some outage and capacity issues . Hope you return.

"We have been coming to this home for 15 years, there’s definitely been an improvements, Each year there is always things that need attention., There is a problem with ants in the kitchen bedrooms and living rooms. The refrigerator is leaking water on the kitchen floor and the decking is also in need of sanding. Many splinter’s The master bedroom mattress is fairly new but has huge sagging problems. We still love this house and already have booked it for next year. Thank you Much for our wonderful vacation"
