"Great house!!! The view of the ocean is amazing & the walkway made it easy to get to the beach. Loved the elevator. The pool table & theater room were big hits. The kitchen is huge & enjoyed the coffee bar. Two refrigerators in the kitchen is a big plus & the one in the game room is perfect for packing coolers for the beach. All the bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Twiddy always makes the rental process so easy & responds quickly to any issues that come up. They are the best rental company in Carova."

"Nice location. Just around the corner from the beach if you drive chairs down. Pool table was fun for teens/20s. Pool was nice with stairs to get in and out of, and basketball hoop in pool was fun. Balconies were nice."

"Dolphin Patch was an amazing home! The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for two families with 2 fridges and multiple sinks. We utilized all the extras too - the theatre room was a hit for the kids, the hot tub and pool were a nice change from the beach, and the screened in porch was perfect for playing games! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!"

"The deck furniture is great as well as the stocked kitchen. We love the fact we can drive our chairs, etc. to the beach. We also like the well kept furniture in the house itself and this year enjoyed the theatre room!"

"You could not want for anything more in this home-it has a well stocked kitchen with multiple fridges and tons of cookware and other kitchen essentials. The hot tub, pool, theater room and pool table are great giving everyone lots of things to do if you don’t want to sit on the beach which is just steps away. The house is very well appointed and the view from the deck can’t be beat!"

"Size of the home and amenities. The amount of refrigeration units allowed for the 6 families we have to buy, plan, and cook meals. The bedrooms and baths were accommodating along with the overall space. Location to the beach was also a plus with little ones!"

"The location and view from this home are amazing, the home seems well kept and taken care of. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook complete meals which is what we did a lot of being out on the 4x4 beach. Loved how everything in the home matched and alot of thought was put into the decor."
