Planned updates for the 2026 season include refreshed landscaping and hardscaping! Recent updates for 2025 include a renovated and expanded kitchen, the addition of an office space, a 4th full bathroom, one half bathroom, a complete renovation of the kitchen and dining room and a new roof!
Cheers “To The Beach” from this charming Corolla beach house! Located just three homes back from the beach on a corner lot, salty breezes and horizon ocean views are yours to enjoy. Direct beach access is quick and easy, as the walkway to the beach is conveniently located just a few steps away from the home’s driveway. This family-friendly home has everything you need to make new OBX vacation memories.
The great room on the top floor of the home is spacious and open, with designated areas for various activities. Relax with loved ones in the living area and plan your day. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. Retreat to the ship’s watch to daydream while watching the birds outside of the windows. The sunroom off of the kitchen serves as an additional quiet space to play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout the week. The kitchen is excellently equipped to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Dine together in the dining area nearby. Grab your coffee and head outside onto the deck to enjoy the salty breeze and horizon ocean view with your morning cup. Relax with a good book and the sunset on the back deck. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes access to the deck and a private bathroom with a dual shower. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor of the home.
