Located on a serene wooded corner lot, salty breezes, ocean views, and a short walk to the beach are yours to enjoy! This family-friendly home has everything you need to make new OBX vacation memories.
SHARED SPACES
The great room on the top floor of the home is spacious with an open floor plan that makes it easy for you and your family to relax together. Plan your day while looking at the open views from the living room, play games or put a puzzle together at the game table, or escape to the ship’s watch to daydream while bird-watching or catching the sunrise from the gorgeous ocean view. The beautiful open kitchen is excellently equipped to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Dine together in the separate dining room overlooking the pool. The island and open space make breakfast and lunch a breeze, with plenty of room for the cooks to prepare perfect beach dinners! The separate coffee and drink station makes it easy for busy families to share the kitchen. Take in the sound and the view of the ocean waves from the front third level deck or enjoy some privacy while watching the famous OBX sunsets on the back deck off the kitchen.
BEDROOMS
Top Floor: There is one ensuite bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes access to the front deck and a private bathroom with a dual shower. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor of the home.
Middle Floor: The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, and all include deck access. • A king ensuite bedroom includes a private bathroom. • A queen bedroom has a semi-private full bathroom that also opens to the hallway, • The twin bedroom is a great place for kids or adults to stay. • The den/office space provides a quiet, private space for reading, phone calls, or that unexpected work request. The office space includes its own private bathroom and views over the pool area. • The laundry facilities can also be found on the second level.
OUTSIDE
Fun in the sun is on the agenda. Play all day long in the refreshing private pool. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Have lunch or enjoy happy hour out by the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play outside, including space for 4 square and a basketball hoop. An outdoor shower and fish cleaning station can be found on the ground level as well. Conveniently situated on the community beach walkway, getting “To The Beach” is a breeze.
