This family-friendly home has everything you need to make new OBX vacation memories.
The great room on the top floor of the home is spacious and open, with designated areas for various activities. Relax with loved ones in the living area and plan your day. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. Retreat to the ship’s watch to daydream while watching the birds outside of the windows. The sunroom off of the kitchen serves as an additional quiet space to play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout the week. The kitchen is excellently equipped to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Dine together in the dining area nearby. Grab your coffee and head outside onto the deck to enjoy the salty breeze and horizon ocean view with your morning cup. Relax with a good book and the sunset on the back deck. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes access to the deck and a private bathroom with a dual shower. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor of the home.
The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, and all include deck access. There is one master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. Another bedroom has a semi-private full bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The final bedroom and laundry facilities can also be found on the second level.
Outside, fun in the sun is on the agenda. Play all day long in the refreshing private pool. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Have lunch or enjoy happy hour out by the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play outside. An outdoor shower and fish cleaning station can be found on the ground level as well. Conveniently situated next to the community beach walkway, getting “To The Beach” is a breeze.
