Perfectly located in a region hailed for endless white sandy beaches, captivating blue waters and stunning sunsets, the Pine Island Reserve is the perfect vacation destination.
Views of the Atlantic may be seen from various vantage points of the home, including the living and dining areas, a screened-in family room, as well as several expansive decks. Of course, there is nothing stopping you from getting up close and personal, as your own private walkway leads to the shore. Once there, expansive stretches of unspoiled sand offer the perfect setting for sunbathing, beach combing and tranquility.
The pool complex is styled to have resort-like features and is a refuge in itself, with plenty of space for sun or shade, a large infinity pool with a swim up Tiki bar, kiddie pool, and outdoor pool table.
In the home, 12 master suites offer convenience and privacy. Three grand master bedrooms provide lavish spaces with combined dressing, bathroom and closet areas. Luxury extends to a large gourmet kitchen, which is equipped for the most demanding of connoisseurs with two islands, three refrigerators, two freezers, and three dishwashers. The dining area offers plenty of room for catching up with loved ones, as it seats 24. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas is the Ocean Room, which is a large living area with a bar, great views, an oversized fireplace, and ample seating. There is also a screened-in family room overlooking the Atlantic.
If fun and entertainment is what you seek, look no further! The impressive home theater just may make you forget you're in your vacation home and not in a real movie theater. The home also boasts a recreational gaming area, which is equipped with indoor shuffleboard, a poker table, and a television ready for gaming – simply bring your system and plug right in. Additionally, an arcade room is available for hours of fun, while a built-in Kid’s Play House creates the perfect environment for toddlers to amuse themselves and be imaginative.
The impressive array of amenities at the “Ocean Club of the Outer Banks ™” is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 24 to September 23, and more. For a small fee, guests of this home may also use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center, which is within walking distance.

"I’ve stayed in many homes there, but this one was right up there with A Welcome Respite, which was my favorite ever. The clincher for me was the kids house inside the house. I knew my grandkids would Love it and boy did they. The house is quality built from top to bottom and made for a fist class experience. We absolutely Loved it."
