Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the ocean view flooding through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room. The living area features comfortable seating and access to an oceanfront deck, just steps from the salty air and sounds of the sea. The open-floor-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas allow for enjoying the ocean view from any part of the space. The well-stocked kitchen with an island has everything needed to prepare meals for your family and friends. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the dune top beachside sitting area, and have breakfast in the beachfront dining area, or dine outdoors in the spacious screened porch and listen to the waves crash. There are ocean views and deck access from the ensuite bedroom on this level, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, one full of bunks, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities can be found on this level.
Step up to the top level to another open common space featuring ocean views and a game area with a card table, shuffleboard, and a wet bar to keep snacks and drinks handy. The top floor also features a spacious sitting area with TV that can serve as an additional living area. There is one oceanfront ensuite bedroom on the top level, with a private bathroom and a private oceanfront balcony. Two additional bedrooms share a “jack and jill” bathroom.
Step outside to the walkway to the beach, where you'll find a spacious “sun” dune deck, perfect for relaxing with an afternoon beverage, and another dune top sitting area for four between the dune deck and the beach. On the front side of the home, you will find several options for outdoor entertainment. Splash in the private pool, with attached “garage” cabana and bar, with pool table and ping pong; or challenge the family to a game of basketball. Once the sun sets for the evening, gaze at the stars from the hot tub, which is located in the pool area.
