Planned updates for the 2026 season include all new siding and a fully renovated pool area with a new pool deck and new pavers! A volleyball set will be added, along with a gazebo and a walkway to the beach that will go straight from the pool area to the beach.
Unwind on the oceanfront at “Haven Shores” in peaceful Southern Shores! Gorgeous panoramic ocean views will instantly put you in a vacation state of mind. This beautiful home is situated just steps from the beach, offering convenient access directly from the home. Perfectly situated between Duck and Kitty Hawk, there are plenty of Outer Banks places nearby to explore.
Inside, on the top floor in the great room, the ocean view is the perfect backdrop for your vacation. You’ll love starting your mornings outside on the deck with a cup of coffee in hand as you watch a stunning sunrise over the ocean. In the light-filled living area, sinking into cozy furniture while the TV’s on or with a good book. During the cooler times of the year, a gas fireplace is available for use. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a generous island, invites you to whip up fresh breakfasts on the gas stove or elaborate seafood feasts for dinner. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby, or head outside onto the spacious deck to listen to the waves roll in as you dine. Doing dishes seems like less of a chore when you can gaze out the large windows above the sink and watch the waves roll in. After dinner, grab your popcorn and head into the theater room for family movie night.
Head downstairs to the generously sized rec room, featuring a variety of amenities to keep you and your group entertained throughout your stay. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition. Two arcade games are located nearby for the gamers in your group. The media area is comfortably furnished and can serve as a second living area. When cold drinks and snacks are needed, a wet bar with a wine cooler is conveniently located nearby. Just outside, the spacious covered deck has plenty of room for your entire group to gather and enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The walkway to the beach is just steps away and features a sun deck that overlooks the pool area, perfect for sitting and watching the pelicans fly by in the afternoon.
Outside, the pool area is your own private oasis. Spend sun-soaked hours lounging poolside or relaxing in the pool. When you’re in need of shade, there is a tiki bar nearby.
Each of the bedrooms offers a restful retreat. All bedrooms are master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the top floor, both of the master bedrooms include a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. Two of the master bathrooms on the bottom level have whirlpool tubs, and two of the bedrooms offer access to the deck.
With a central location in Southern Shores, you’re convenient to all that Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills have to offer, as well as the charm of nearby Duck. From stunning sunrises to evening dips in the pool, “Haven Shores” captures relaxed oceanfront living at its best!
