"We have rented this property before and really love it. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is perfect for our family. The short walk to the beach, the great pool and the fact that the owners are constantly updating the home all add up to a great experience. The few minor problems we experienced were quickly taken care of by the Twiddy team."

"The home was spacious and the elevator was a definite plus factor! Any minor issues we had Twiddy addressed and corrected them immediately🙌 the house is centrally located on a quiet street with less than a 5 minute walk to beach. Bc of the beautiful tall ceilings the acoustics in the home really carried noise throughout the home. The private pool was an added plus; however, with the surrounding trees the debris from them made it hard to keep clean."

"Nice big house. Elevator is a great. Makes getting luggage and groceries to the 2nd and 3rd floor a breeze. Price for the week is why we will be back next year. Wasn't aware that the washing machine wasn't working until we went to use it and found a note that parts were on order for it. Twiddy took care of the issue by providing additional linens and offered to do personal laundry if we wanted. Hot tub isn't really good for more than 3."

"The house was beautiful and spacious. We absolutely loved the location, which was just a short, easy stroll to the ocean. The pool was the perfect size for our 5 kiddos. This was the first house we’ve stayed in with an elevator, and it certainly came in handy for getting your luggage and groceries to the upper floors. All-in-all, we were very pleased with everything about this home!"

"The amount of bedrooms with private bathrooms! The amount of bathrooms in the whole home! The kitchen was so spacious and had lots of pots, pans, etc to use. Loved the Keurig! The amount of beach chairs we had access to was so great! The pool lounge chairs were a nice surprise and the walk to the beach was so close!"

"Havana Daydreamin was very nice! A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood even with Duck road right behind the property. The house was clean but lacking in pots and pans and silverware. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our week!!"

"We have a wonderful week at Havana Dreamin'! While our first impressions were a little guarded since the outdoors is fully "natural," when we stepped inside, we knew we had made a good choice. Furnishings, painted interiors, and decor felt fresh. Kitchen was well equipped and social gathering spaces were more than adequate for our extended family of 9 - in fact common spaces seemed bigger than in the website pictures! The walk to the beach was also better and shorter than expected - with the delight of walking over "Turtle Bridge." Love the trees and shade on the street! And although the house does back up to route 12 and the traffic noise can easily be heard when sitting around the pool or on the back deck, it was not noticeable inside the house and did not impact our week."

"This home was the 3rd one we've rented in the area and our favorite so far! It was super clean and the property was beautiful with all the trees! The cable didn't work originally in the theater room, but Twiddy was out quickly with a fix and the instructions and labels on the remotes made it easy to figure out."

"The home was nice, large and easy for our family to stretch out in our own space. A few little things could use some attention and TLC but we would stay here again. The kitchen was amazing and has everything you could need. The pool area was nice and private with some trees. The walkway to the beach was beautiful."

"Just spent a wonderful week at this home with family including 8 adults and 6 kids. The house was comfortably clean and spacious with plenty of living and sleeping space. The beds were comfortable (though that's always debatable based on which bed and who you're asking)...the kids room had a bunk with a trundle, so it slept at least 3) The kitchen was well equipped. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to a lovely, non-crowded beach, and the walk itself was so charming with the tree tunnel, foot bridge and turtles! The kids loved boogie boarding at the beach! We enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the outdoor shower...there were several beach and pool accessories including beach chairs and wagon, etc. The back of the property sits against route 12 which is heavily traveled, but trees surround the house and no one complained about the traffic noise (though you do have to be prepared for sitting in traffic at peak times) There were small things that could have been improved upon such as a couple more pillows and blankets for the beds (especially with no comforters due to covid), a couple of rugs for lower entry level (due to kids coming in with wet feet and any remaining sand), the hot tub controls didn't work properly for us and the lid was leaving some flaking into the water, and the pool area in general could use a deep cleaning/face lift, but none of these impeded on our stay. The only other negative is that the starter supply of cleaning and paper products is very limited (think 1-2 dishwasher tablets, and no dishcloths we could find, no salt/pepper etc) which I understand is standard for the area but disappointing for the price point. But again, we loved our stay and would gladly do it over the same, just trying to give helpful specifics since this was our first trip to the area and the reviews for this home were somewhat limited."

"Great house. Well taken care of. Best equipped kitchen ever. A little road noise and pool filter noise by the pool but everything else was wonderful Clean and fresh and a nice walk to beach. Can we move it to oceanfront? 😃"

"Beautiful home with well appointed furnishings. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware plus toaster, blender, coffeemaker, etc.... The two dishwashers were a godsend for our large group. The pool and hot tub kept the kids and the adults busy and happy. Very short walk to the beach. Plenty of good restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like cooking. We have been to this house before and will return in the future."

"Great house, not too far from the beach, only thing is that it's very close in the back to the main road, very noisy. It's probably not a problem if you are a large group, but no way to retreat to read a book."
