Kick back, relax, and enjoy the Eastwind! This oceanfront retreat is reminiscent of the old Nags Head style cottages of yesteryear, but with modern amenities. Perched high on an oceanfront dune, the ocean view is the center of attention from both living levels of the home. There are decks galore, so the view can be enjoyed while in the sunshine, on a covered porch, or from a screened-in porch.

Perched high on an oceanfront dune, the ocean view is the center of attention from both living levels of the home. There are decks galore, so the view can be enjoyed while in the sunshine, on a covered porch, or from a screened-in porch.
The top level of the home is open, bright and airy, and features a living area with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are just steps away. There is also a separate den and screened porch on the top level. The ensuite bedroom, with a private bathroom, features a whirlpool bathtub.
The middle level consists of sleeping quarters, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Laundry facilities are located on this level for convenience. There is a spacious screened porch on the southern end of the middle level of the home that has plenty of seating. Outdoors, you’ll find a large private pool, a hot tub, and a private walkway to the beach. At the dune’s crest, there is a dune deck with benches for pausing to enjoy salty breezes with a cold afternoon beverage. “Eastwind II” in Southern Shores will become a family vacation destination for years to come!
