"The fact that the elevator goes from the ground floor up is a huge positive, as we have some mobility issues. The home is beautiful and well-furnished. We didn't use the pool or outside areas due to the storms / saturated cushions. I have been renting in Southern Shores since my college days; this is the best home by far, and we renewed for next year AND are on the waitlist for a 3rd week."

"The home was beautifully decorated and had a well thought-out layout. Very clean and well taken care of. It worked fantastic for our large family with lots of kids! We loved the top covered deck, outdoor areas by the pool, game room and theater room. Each bedroom had its own adjoining bathroom which was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials but not over crowded, which was nice. Plenty of room in the living room/kitchen for gathering together with plenty of seating options."
"Large enough that if you want alone time you can have it, but fantastic gathering spaces for the group. Those of us who are sensitive to the sun appreciated the covered deck and the cabana space. Well stocked kitchen, great coffee nooks and books selection."

"This house was beautiful…..my family has been renting houses on the outer banks for 6 years and this is by far the cleanest house we have had!!! Also the best stocked and organized kitchen! Tons of pots and pans in great condition! So many dishes and utensils EVERYTHING you need! Great pantry. Amazing beach access. The house included a room full of beach “stuff” (chairs, sand toys, pool games) this room was well lite and also very clean. The 2 outdoor showers were huge and not 1 cobweb or any dirt to be found. There is a bathroom outside which looked like a bathroom in the house. All outdoor furniture was in great shape. Tons of games/things to do. The only cons we had were….the two master bedrooms on the top level were not Oceanside and did not have balconies. The game room is not in the house, the beds were not the best. The house comes with 2 washers/dryers. 1 washer and dryer were broken during our stay."

Some of our favorite things were the coffee bar nooks outside of the rooms, the outside TV and the amount of living space outside with amazing beach front views!! "We had the pleasure of staying at Beach Break and it was beautiful! The views on the top floor are amazing, the kitchen is phenomenal and the reading/coffee nook off the kitchen was a favorite during our stay. In addition, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. The bottom floor is a dream with so much to do; an enclosed game room with Golden tee, pool/ hot tub, darts, ping pong table, shuffle board and even a putting green! Beach Break is less than ten minutes to get to after crossing over the bridge. Can’t wait to get back!"

"Beach Break was a great for our February girls' getaway, despite the colder weather. The house had an elegant vibe that immediately made us feel at home. With its beautiful decor and comfy furnishings, it was the perfect place!. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each adjoining bathroom has very high-end details. The kitchen was incredible! We had everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were stunning— watched from comfortable couches. The location of Beach Break was convenient, with a quick drive to nearby shops and restaurants. We had a great time exploring the area. Overall, Beach Break exceeded our expectations! We're already looking forward to our next visit!"
