“Take Me a Wave” is an oceanfront escape where the beach is always within reach and the ocean is part of the view from morning to night! Spacious decks give you plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re watching dolphins in the morning, gathering to enjoy the afternoon breeze together, or watching the pelicans fly by. A high-top dining table seats 8 at the oceanfront gazebo for sunrise coffee, breakfast, lunch, and sunset dinners. Serves as a perfect shady hangout spot to relax and take in the amazing ocean and beach views, making memories with friends and family. The upper deck also offers a relaxing couch area that seats 6 for some relaxation and even a little snooze. When it’s time for the beach, a private walkway leads directly from the pool area to the sand.
Inside, the great room provides a welcoming gathering space, comfortably furnished and offers the opportunity to kick back and relax. The well-appointed kitchen makes family meals easy, and dining tables are available both inside and outside on the deck. On the middle level, the large sitting area adds even more room to unwind with a TV, wet bar, and ice machine. Downstairs, the rec room keeps everyone entertained with a pool table, arcade game, sauna, and refrigerator. The garage rec room gives the kids their own place to play, with foosball and air hockey, plus a ping pong table topper.
Outside, the private pool and hot tub create another place to make the most of your vacation. Spend the morning on the beach, cool off in the pool afterward, then let the kids settle into a game downstairs while the adults relax in the hot tub. With so many spaces to choose from, everyone can find a favorite place to spend the afternoon.
The home offers eight bedrooms, including four ensuite bedrooms with private bathrooms. Several bedrooms also offer deck access, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the salty breeze.
“Take Me a Wave” is located in The Village at Nags Head, a popular community with amenities including an oceanfront community pool with a kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, two soundside piers, and beach access with a bathhouse.
