"We loved watching the sunrise and the waves roll in from the top deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The lighting was excellent throughout the house. There was plenty of table space to both eat and play games. The decor and furniture was the just right mix of comfortable and feeling like an upgrade from non-vacation life."

"The house was great! The layout of the house is great and has great views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cookware, etc. Everyone loved using the theater room on the bottom floor and using the pool room too, there's plenty of things to do in the house. The beds were comfortable and having the ocean sounds made it easy to fall asleep. We loved this house!"
"Great home for a large crowd. Comfortable bedrooms and common areas. Very well stocked kitchen. We especially loved the movie room…big enough for all sixteen of us. We’ve rented this home before and this trip did not disappoint. We’ll be back again."

"We had two issues. One of the dishwashers did not work. Also, treadmill was not working. We called about both these items which never got fixed. Parking with the next house was a little problem as they needed more spaces which did inconvenience us at times. Overall, the house worked well for our group."

"Having oceanfront access was fantastic as well as the fact the the home included beach cabana service every day. The elevator was a necessity to allow for my 90 year old mother spend a week at the beach with all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!"
"The easy beach access is a huge plus for our family. The game room (pool table and foos ball) were used every night! The hotel-sized ice maker got a good workout from us too. :) We have a large family, and everyone was comfortable in their own rooms, and we love the very large open area for the kitchen/dining/living room."
"A beautiful setting for a family reunion for 25 of us, including our family matriarch, her four children and their spouses, four grandchildren and their spouses, and eight great grandchildren! The quick access to the beach made coming and going so easy for us all, and the large dining space allowed for conversation shared over many family meals."
