"The house was beautiful, well maintained and a good layout."
"What a beautiful house!! It has everything you need for a large group! All bedrooms were ensuites except the bunk rooms that shared a bathroom, which made everyone getting ready in the mornings so easy! The kitchen was well stocked with all you could want to cook, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and dishes on every floor. The pool area was beautiful with an outdoor bathroom and shower, grills and three level cabana. It also had two hot tubs to enjoy on the cool nights. The walkway to the gazebo and beach made for easy access for our morning strolls. There was plenty of space to hang out on every level and the top rec room was the icing on the cake! There was absolutely something for everyone! And the views were incredible! It was close to anywhere you want to go. We cannot wait to come back and experience Seatopia again!"

"The house worked out so well for our group. The rooms were well furnished, though a bit small because of the narrow plot of land the house is built on. (No room for dressers in most rooms.) The great room served our needs well. We like the 3 main dining tables. Having 2 pool tables and a deluxe ping-pong table was fantastic. We also loved the straight walk-out to the beach so that you don't have to climb stairs over the sand dune. (You do have to go down the stairs on the other side of the dune.) And the location is impossible to beat, with attractions and restaurants in close proximity. Twiddy personnel were responsive to our phone calls, as usual. We loved our stay!"

"We enjoyed staying at Seatopia with a group of 30 people. There was plenty of room for each person to have their own room and bathroom. There were amenities on each floor so we could spread out and not feel overwhelmed in one small space. The variety of amenities kept us entertained throughout the week. We look forward to visiting again!"

"The space was wonderful for our group! We hosted a wedding at the home, and everyone had their own space to spread out in during the week. Such a great location between restaurants and on the beach."

"Seatopia was perfect for our family get together--lots of space for hanging out together, lots of activities (ping pong, pool, arcade games, etc.) for intergenerational competitions, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the roominess of Seatopia."
"This home was perfect size for our family reunion of 60 people. We never felt crowded and pool with beach access was ideal. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance made for great location. I was expecting more on the quality of linens and it was unfortunate that they didn’t supply comforters or clean the blankets, but we were able to make do. We had one issue with the elevator but TwiddyCo was very responsive and it was taken care of quickly! I would recommend this home for groups of all ages."
