Upon entering the home’s stunning foyer, you realize that you have entered a truly amazing home away from home. There are four levels of living space with common areas on each, however, the main living space can be found on the third floor. The home’s elevator accesses the lower three levels of the home. An oceanfront wall of windows in the great room allows natural light and the gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. Three distinct living areas in the great room allow you to spread out and comfortably catch up with one another, kick back and watch TV, or simply relax and enjoy the view. A spiral staircase conveniently connects the living area with the rec room and lounge area on the second floor. A fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. A bar in the great room is equipped with a refrigerator, wine cooler, icemaker, beverage refrigerator, microwave, sink, small pantry, TV, and bar seating.

A chef’s dream, the large gourmet kitchen nearby is fully equipped for preparing meals for a large group. Featuring two islands and plenty of prep space, multiple cooks can comfortably work in the kitchen all at once. Three refrigerators, a gas range, two ovens, and four dishwashers are also included in the gourmet kitchen. In addition, there is a breakfast nook, perfect for grabbing a cup of coffee and heading outside to the deck to watch a stunning Outer Banks sunrise. There is also a large pantry for food storage that connects to a separate chef’s kitchen, perfect for caterers to use during large gatherings. The chef’s kitchen includes two gas ranges, two refrigerators, and two dishwashers.

There are eight master bedrooms on the third level of the home, each with a private bathroom. The oceanfront master bedroom is truly luxurious and would be the perfect wedding suite. The suite features a sitting area with ocean views and access to a covered porch that joins the larger third floor deck. The master bathroom includes a soaking tub as well as a tile shower. Another of the master bedrooms on the third level includes handicap-friendly features in the bedroom and bathroom. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom can also be found on the third level of the home.

Upstairs in the loft on the fourth floor, there are two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has a private deck, and the other master bedroom has access to a shared deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a sitting area with a TV and wet bar, and laundry facilities are available especially for those staying on the fourth floor.

On the second level, there are eight master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has handicap friendly features and covered deck access. Two additional master bedrooms have access to the same deck. Another master bedroom has a private covered deck. An office alcove with built-in desks allows for a quick office or school check-in before starting your day.

The remainder of the second floor was designed with fun in mind. Watch the latest movies on the big screen in the theatre room, with tiered seating. Kids and adults will have a blast playing in the home’s arcade. The spiral staircase in the rec room provides easy access to the great room on the third floor. Choose whichever game you’re in the mood for, as the rec room includes a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and a card table. There is also a lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for taking a break between games. The extraordinary rec room bar includes a refrigerator, wine cooler, icemaker, beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is bar seating at the counter, and there is a pass through window to the second level covered deck. The covered deck includes tables and chairs as well as bar seating that faces the ocean. The TV on the covered deck allows for a true sports bar experience, as you can watch the big game and hear the waves lapping the shore in the background. Never miss a workout while on vacation, as the home is equipped with a gym. A half bathroom and a wet bar with a refrigerator are conveniently located just outside of the gym. After your workout, relax in the sauna. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor.

The ground floor of the home includes sixteen master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which has two full bathrooms. Kids will adore having their own space in the master bedroom with two full bathrooms, which is truly unique, with one large bedroom, two full bathrooms, and an additional space to hang out. Eight of the master bedrooms have deck access. The layout of the bedrooms groups them together in a way that makes it convenient for families to stay together but still have their own personal space. There is a media room nearby, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. A half bathroom is located next to the media room for convenience. For those looking for a quiet place to read or work, there is an office space with french doors that can close to reduce noise. As with the other levels of the home, laundry facilities are provided on the ground floor. The first level lounge offers an additional space to kick back and relax, and it opens to a covered deck that includes a ping pong table.

The outdoor oasis is as wonderfully appointed as the interior of the home. Splash and play all day long in the private pool. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. You’ll have your toes in the sand in no time, as there is a private walkway to the beach.

“KDH Resort” is the perfect place to host your next family reunion or special event, such as a wedding. The backyard includes tent anchors built in to the patterned concrete behind the pool to accommodate a 30' by 70' tent. The property includes an arbor ideal for wedding ceremonies, as well as an oversized cabana with bar area and outside bathrooms.

Prior to your arrival, the home will be staged by a dedicated home Ambassador. The Ambassador will greet you upon arrival and show you through the home and answer any questions you may have about the various features.
