The kitchen is as attractive as it is functional, and it is equipped with all that you need to make meals throughout your vacation. The home is also equipped with an elevator to easily get groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the third level. Store groceries in the large pantry off of the kitchen, which leads to the laundry room. The nearby dining area is another great place to enjoy the ocean view. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available on the top floor.
On the second floor of the home, there is an additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There is one additional bedroom, also with deck access, with a full bathroom that also opens to the sitting area. The sitting area is a second living area, comfortably furnished, and includes a TV. There is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the sitting area, so no need to run up to the third floor for a drink refill. Outside on the ground floor, there is a spacious deck area with a variety of seating options, a great place to congregate in the evenings. The backyard is large and fenced, great for kids and for playing yard games.
