There is a wet bar with a refrigerator in the sitting area, so no need to run up to the third floor for a drink refill. Outside on the ground floor, there is a spacious deck area with a variety of seating options, a great place to congregate in the evenings. The backyard is large and fenced, great for kids and for playing yard games.
