"Bunk rooms have their own bathrooms and adult-compatible mattresses. All rooms are king masters. Theater is a great size and comfortable. 3 hot tubs for a house this size is great. Beach access is very convenient. Location is convenient to a variety of shops and restaurants. House is always very clean when we arrive."

"Spacious home with plenty of nooks and crannies to have quiet when needed and plenty of amenities so everyone could find something to do. The location on the beach was not too crowded. We had 18 chairs set up each day and 2 tents. Our group of 39 fit so well in this home. The pool was awesome—-best pool in a rental house we have ever had, We had a few issues during the week that Twiddy responded to promptly. The safety gate did not latch. They fixed that the first hour sled were there along with a sliding door handle that needed replacing and propane tanks that needed refilling. We had an AC issue in one of the zones during the week. Twiddy fixed it right away. All in all a well appointed house and a responsive rental company."

"This home was perfect for our family and wedding party to stay in for the week of our wedding. There was ample space even with every bedroom filled and plenty of activities for kids and adults. We loved having multiple decks which provided great views of the ocean from the second and third levels. This is also the perfect home to host your wedding. The kitchenette on the first floor made it extremely easy for catering and bartenders to access so that you got the best service. We highly reccomend this home and can’t wait to visit again!"

"The fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook all our family favorites for our reunion. Had more equipment than expected which was a sigh of relief. Everyone really appreciated having their own bathroom and multiple living spaces to spread out around the house. Being able to quickly speak with a representative about any problem and have it be resolved quickly was awesome. Such great customer service. The elevator became very important for our older generation and little ones, along with moving in and out of the place. The kitchen by the pool also made grilling and pool days easier. Outside bathroom and shower were brilliant."

"Everything. It was clean. The layout was perfect. The kitchen was airy. 3 dishwashers and 3 refrigerators! The noise level between rooms was zero. We only had 2 problems and they were resolved promptly and easily! Love Twiddy and will be returning next year"
"This home was BEAUTIFUL! We held our wedding here and had all our guests stay in the house with us. Only small complaints were we wish the kitchen was a little bigger, and we paid for pool heat but the heater was broken all week (Twiddy was great about a refund!). Would highly recommend the house!"

"Beautiful home, beautiful location on the beach! A bit disappointed with the condition of the lawn & overgrown greens on the small golf putting area which we couldn’t use. Twiddy was helpful trying to resolve the poor internet situation & any/ Fly/ water bug situation. Could use another oven and more gas burners!"

"We had a great time. House was beautiful. few minor things I wanted to mention. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor had a broken tv... didn’t work and I think it was cracked. One of the sliding door handles on the first floor was broken but my husband fixed it. We were surprised that there was not a garbage disposal. Except for these few things the place was great, ."
"The property is ideally located on the beach in KDH. Unfortunately having stayed in this property three years ago not much has changed. It would benefit mightily with a total refresh and update of its technology, etc. At its current price point I’d have to question if there’s enough value for the money."
"This house is absolutely stunning in every way. It’s beautifully decorated and has an elegant feel that made our vacation extremely special. Our whole family was awestruck with how gorgeous this home is and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One family member is actually thinking about using Atlantis as a wedding venue and I think it would be fabulous to enjoy this homes beauty again in the future. Five stars all around!"
