On the third level of the home, open dining and living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to gather for dinner or family game nights. Preparing meals is a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen which boasts beautiful countertops, backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The sun-room is an added bonus, offering plenty of natural light for reading or waking up with your morning coffee.
Take a short walk or bike ride to the nearby beach access or breathe in the salty air from one of the many spacious decks, which are accessible from every room. When the day is done, enjoy a relaxing shower in the newly renovated bathroom located in the Queen Master Bedroom. Your additional guests can retire to their choice of four other well-furnished sleeping quarters, including a second Master with a King bed.

"This is a great house - short walk to the beach, no big roads to cross and private beach access which means very few people competing for beach real estate. No need to get up early to claim your beach space - the beach is wide and plentiful. Plenty of parking under the house, nice BBQ area, lovely sunporch, bright bedrooms, comfortable beds, and many options for porch living."
