One additional dog will be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact our office prior to arrival if you are traveling with an additional dog in 2026! Updated 7/12/25

"This was our first time going to the outer banks and it was absolutely fabulous! The house is so close to the water but still safe for our little ones (3 and 4 and our big ones 18 and 19 year olds) There was so much to do we enjoyed every minute. Except packing up and leaving. This house is absolutely beautiful and being able to bring our dog with us was the icing on the cake. She absolutely loved her stay! We had an all around happy family!!!"
"I loved the large king bedroom The home was so close to the ocean, and we could see and hear the ocean from the top floor. I spent a lot of time on that top deck. The kitchen was beautiful. The home was updated and it was so clean."

"Easy quick access to the beach! Loved sitting on the top deck watching the waves in the late afternoon. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and so nice to have. We found the sound access at the end of our trip and wish we would have spent the evenings there watching the sunset. It has a nice walkway to a pier with sitting area and provided a nice quiet spot to watch the sun go down."

Eileen- Thank you so much for leaving a review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and honored you chose our house 3 years in a row!! We were hoping to install a tiki bar but unfortunately the contractors ended up not responding. So we will keep trying:) We had to stagger the purchase of patio furniture but should get new tables by the pool for 2024. The grills we buy every year. The one there is currently less than 6 months old! They just weather super quick. There will be a new one next season though. Again, thank you for your feedback. We are listening!!

You can actually see the sunrise from the deck :) Great location from the center of the town of Duck, and access to our favorite Duck Cottage, Aqua restaurant, and a little shopping center around Duck Cottage."

"The home was perfectly set up. We had plenty of space and the kitchen had almost every amenity that you could think of. Outside was a beautiful spa and swimming pool. The porches were all brand new. Actually, no home at the beach should have carpeting, especially a home that allows dogs. As I stated in my other comment to Twiddy, this home needs hooks and/or racks to hang and put things in the tiny bathrooms. The master bathroom could be renovated to use space from the master bedroom to enlarge it. It is too small to manage anything. No place to put anything."
