Treat yourself and your family to a vacation to be remembered at “Salty Paws!” Located on the oceanfront in the Sea Tern community in North Duck, this home is centrally located and is a short drive from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of both Duck and Corolla. In addition to its convenient location, you and your guests can take advantage of a long list of amenities to keep you comfortable and entertained during your stay.
The moment you arrive and are greeted by the home’s sunny exterior, you’ll know your beach vacation has begun. Enter to find a private elevator to assist you and your guests with unpacking the car and carrying groceries to the top floor, allowing you to settle in quickly and start relaxing. The only decision you have to make is what to do first! Quickly make your way to the beach to feel the sand beneath your feet via the connecting walkway adjacent to the home. Take a dip in the private pool, or lounge in the sun on the pool deck. Settle in for a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub.
The top level is home to the great room, dining area, and kitchen arranged in an open floor plan. Stunning ocean views are within sight from each room. The bright, spacious great room provides plenty of room for everyone to gather and evokes a coastal ambiance. Preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen is truly a treat! Two refrigerators provide all the space you need to stock up on groceries. Large countertops, two ovens, and two sinks let you cook for the large group with ease. Enjoy dinner together around the dining room table, then clean up in no time with the help of two dishwashers. After dinner, step out onto the decks to take advantage of expansive oceanfront views, and feel the sea breezes. A master bedroom with a walk-in rain shower and deck access is also located on the top level. You’ll find five additional masters on the mid-level along with a den and laundry.
Cool off and relax after a long day at the beach with a flick in the theater room or gather for a game of pool in the rec room, which also features a wet bar to keep drinks and snacks within reach. A sliding door leads you from the rec room to the pool area. A convenient second laundry area is located on the ground floor. The first floor is also home to the seventh master, an additional bedroom with a semi-private bath and a kids suite, and a full bathroom.
