Ratings & Reviews
Beautiful home! Had everything we needed within the kitchen to cook, warm & inviting rooms and plenty of space for 2 families!

Such a sweet home with well thought details. Perfect location. Loved every minute and hated to leave.

As close to the beach as you can get without actually being on it. Spring loaded gates on the deck were great for allowing our 2 dogs to run and play without worry of them getting loose. The decor is very "beach" and well done. All in all it is an extremely comfortable home and very well suited for dog lovers like us.

This was a nice sized house for our needs at a perfect location. It was well equipped and the decor was not over-the-top.

You won't find a better equipped house, and you won't find a non-oceanfront house closer to the beach.

Questions & Answers
Are dogs permitted on beach in Duck?
Nancy, The only place where dogs may play unleashed is on the Town’s beach, although they must be under the watchful eye and control of a guardian. Dogs are allowed on Duck’s beach year-round. The Town maintains no public beach access. Access to our beach is limited to Duck residents, Duck renters, and their guests.

How do you access the beach? It looks like there are houses between this home and the beach. I can't imagine that you are permitted to walk through their property and I do not see from the pictures how you access the beach.
Excellent question, Holly! To access the beach from B158, you will use the Sea Hawk community beach access located diagonally across the street. Please visit our "Where's the Beach?" map under the 2017 Availability calendar to view the designated access.

Are there any gaming systems at the house...like XBox or Playstation?
Hello Hal! Gaming systems such as Playstion and XBoxes are considered specialty items and not a standard amenity that we require the Owner to provide. We would suggest bringing one from home if you would like to use it during your stay.
