"Great location and loved the home with all the bedrooms and bonus bedroom in the basement. Nice to have two refrigerators. Kept all our cold beverages downstairs. Also loved the ice makers, except the one in the kitchen didn’t seem to be working great. All the amenities in the kitchen and throughout were great. House was clean and ready for our stay. The only negative was that the beach access was a little rough getting down and up to the beach. Might recommend some kind of mat or stairs in the future. Kind of caught us off guard as we’ve always had stairs. Should probably have this in description so anyone with mobility issues would know."

"It’s a beautifully equipped home and great location, close to Duck town center. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need for utensils, servingware and appliances. There are lots of place to spread out and the best view ever from the ample decking. Love the extra sleeping area next to the game room. Pool is a perfect spot to socialize with your group after a day on the beach. The beach is very active and lively. Highly recommend this home."

"This house had a great lay out. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the ocean off the third floor deck. We liked having the primary bedroom on that top floor and all the others on the second or bottom floor. This house has great amenities: pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, kitchen walk-in pantry, ice makers, and great game room with pinball, pool table, air hockey and more. It is also in a great location in Duck. We drove to stores in Duck, but you could walk to some places. Air conditioner and ceiling fans worked well. When it rained, the game room provided entertainment."

"We enjoyed our stay! We loved being oceanfront, but the beach at this location was very crowded with Villas close by. Also we needed more refrigerator space. We had to use coolers for part of our food. The layout of the house was nice and the rec room downstairs had a lot of things for the kids to do, with a pool table, air hockey, and arcade game. Overall we had a great time with our family!!"
"We were 10 extended family members, including kids aged 3-6. We almost overlooked this property because of the weather-beaten outside siding, but this house does not disappoint! The interior is fresh and very modern, open, well-maintained, well-equipped, well-configured, and had more features than we could meaningfully use in one week -- e.g., billiards, pin ball, air hockey, foozball, treadmill, 2 ice machines, and a hot tub. Great kitchen appliances. I'm a big guy and often feel cramped for a week in a queen; not here---all kingsize beds. No spiderwebs or insects -- like we've seen elsewhere. No protruding nails--all flat-head screws. Private pool and beachfront were ideal during COVID. This was our first Twiddy rental -- someone (owner, Twiddy, ?) pays attention to the details! Even the many light switches were labeled. We already re-booked this property for next year. Buckeye from Ohio"
