"Close to beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Liked that there was a desk for remote work. Smart TVs were great. Plenty of beach chairs in good condition. One deck chair had a couple of broken slats but otherwise, all was great. The cleanliness of the house (although some kitchen pans needed a scrub) when we arrived was excellent, including outdoor furniture."

"It is a great house. I particularly loved the very large common area on the top floor with the elevated sitting area that allowed everyone to be together while still having their own space if they wanted it. We also loved all of the outdoor space and the outdoor furniture on the top deck and the swing on the middle deck. And we loved the location and the view."

"Proximity to beach and town. Easy walk to both. Multiple master bedrooms. Renovated/updated bathrooms and showers were very nice. Deck furniture was also excellent."
