Experience the casual comfort of “Carolina Nine” in Duck! Located directly on the oceanfront, the gorgeous ocean views are yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
The great room on the top floor of the home was designed for gathering and offers a beautiful ocean view as a backdrop. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living area. The kitchen is stocked with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just stock your groceries. Two dishwashers are a huge help when cleaning up. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter as well as the smaller table in the living area. There is a den and a full bathroom on the third floor. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the counter seating and have a beverage or snack with the nearby wine fridge, bar fridge, ice maker, and bar sink. A half bathroom can be found on the landing between the second and third floors of the home. Outside, enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean from the spacious deck. Salty breezes can be enjoyed at any time of the day on the deck.
The second floor of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom can also be found on the second floor, as well as covered decks. Outside on the ground floor, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or relax nearby on the deck. From the deck, there is a private walkway to the beach that includes a dune deck, perfect for sitting and watching the pelicans fly by. With a location in the heart of Duck Village, this home is within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Schooner Ridge neighborhood offers impressive community amenities, including an indoor pool and fitness center, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool.
