Planned updates for 2025 include a new siding glass door, new decks, updates to the outdoor shower, new siding, and windows on the north side of house. Recent updates include new flooring, fresh interior paint, new furniture inside and out, updated appliances, and bathroom vanities as well as new bedding and artwork!
Treat yourself to a vacation at “Xanaduck” on the Outer Banks! This classic oceanfront utopia offers the opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous coastal landscape to its fullest. Beautiful ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
Sweeping views of the ocean are available from the great room on the top level of the home. Relax in the comfortably furnished living area and watch TV or simply gaze out the windows at the waves rolling in. Spending time outside on the oceanfront deck is a great idea at any time of the day, whether you’re watching a stunning sunrise over the ocean or looking for dolphins frolicking in the afternoon. The spacious screened porch nearby is also a great option if you’d like to be out of the sun but still listen to the waves lapping the shore. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. The nearby dining area is situated to maximize the beautiful view of the ocean. A half bathroom completes the third floor of the home.
On the second floor, you’ll find sleeping quarters. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second level. Two of the bedrooms offer access to the deck. Laundry facilities can also be found on the second floor.
Outside, the walkway to the beach is right next to the home, for convenient access to the shore. The Sanderling community offers a variety of amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, a private soundside dock, and a soundside boat ramp. If peaceful relaxation is on your OBX vacation agenda, “Xanaduck” is the perfect retreat!
