Inside, the common living spaces are perfectly laid out for family gatherings and coastal ease. The great room on the top floor is the heart of the home, featuring a cathedral ceiling and juniper walls. Curl up with a good book or watch a movie in the comfortably furnished living area, which features views of the waves rolling in just outside. Outside, the large deck becomes the place for morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean. The kitchen is ideal for group meals, from morning pancakes, casual lunches, or fresh seafood dinners. There is an office space that is perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails. Upstairs, the ship’s watch is bathed in natural light and includes a sitting area.
Downstairs, the den is furnished with a TV and can be used as a second living area. Access to the west-facing deck is available from the den. There is a second full-size refrigerator conveniently located in the laundry room on the second level.
When it’s time to retreat, the bedrooms provide true comfort. On the top level, there is one bedroom with a soaking tub as well as a shower in the ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor have ensuite bathrooms. Each ensuite bedroom offers outdoor access, one to the oceanfront deck and the other to the westside porch. There are two additional bedrooms, one with oceanfront deck access, and one full bathroom on the second floor.
Outdoors, the decks offer both open sun and shaded seating. A shared walkway to the beach gives easy access over the dunes to the coastline.
Trident’s prime location puts you close to Duck Village’s attractions, like boutiques, the Soundside boardwalk, and waterfront dining. The home is also not far from Corolla’s iconic spots, such as the Whalehead Club, Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and historic Corolla Village.
