"The view of the beach grasses, the birds that hovered over the dune and the constantly changing sky were the best part of my stay. The house itself provided many places to sit and watch the ocean both in sun and shade. It was a chilly November week with strong winds but the house was well insulated and comfortable. The upper deck facing South provided a sun drenched sheltered sitting area and the swing on the screened in porch was a soothing place for morning coffee. ."

"The house is very tastefully decorated and very clean. We really enjoyed the upper outdoor porch. The beds we used were very comfortable. We appreciated that all the appliances were in very good working order. The layout of the main room is very comfortable. We have only two suggestions to consider: improve the internet service as it was very slow at times and dropped the service more than once. Difficult when one has to check email or make a video call. Also, the view from the main room is gorgeous and would be improved if the windows could be cleaned better. We are definitely considering another visit to this property."

"This home was absolutely wonderful! Best stay we have had in Duck, NC.!! The house was very clean and comfortable needing nothing to bring but your personal items. Over the years, Twiddy has been wonderful to work with. We have already booked again for next year. The office in Duck was very accommodating and gave us an excellent idea for a dinner outing, which we tried, and they were absolutely right. The restaurant was wonderful! Looking forward to next year’s stay!!!"
