For daytime fun, grab your boogie boards and sand buckets and head to the ocean, or if you prefer, sound access is only minutes away. For those wanting to utilize the home, amenities such as a private pool, hot tub, rec room and play area are sure to please. An outdoor shower and half bath are accessible from the pool area. "Lovely views of the ocean and sound without the expense of beachfront. Very convenient to all the shops in Duck and not far from Corolla to the north or Nags Head to the south. The number of rooms and layout worked well for our family group of 6 adults. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Plenty of seating in the main room and dining room. Comfortable and abundant deck and pool furniture. As the weather was not very cooperative, we didn't use the beautiful pool as much as we would have liked, but the pool table on the lower floor provided much entertainment. The house is close enough to the shore to hear the waves with the windows open and beach access is fairly close."

Beds were also all very comfortable, we all slept well. We also appreciated being able to have access to the garage to safely store our bicycles. Elevator was a big hit for those that overpacked their bags and also for our less mobile family members."

"This house had everything you could ever want when coming to spend a week in the OBX. Very short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. They also had large selection of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, bikes and even a corn hole set. A huge plus was the sand pit and slide at the house! The kids loved it. We will definitely come back."

Books, toy, puzzles, pool table, bikes, kayaks, playground area… so much to do. Clean! Best house yet!!"
