Featuring modern coastal decor throughout, this home includes amenities that will please your entire group. Upon entering the home on the second floor, you are immediately greeted by the relaxing coastal aesthetic. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second level, as well as laundry facilities. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the third floor of the home.
Upstairs on the third level, you’ll find a great room that is as functional as it is attractive, with fun coastal decor all around. Kick back in the comfortable living area and catch up with loved ones or watch a movie. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. The wet bar with beverage refrigerator allows you to grab a drink refill without getting in the way of the cooks in the kitchen. Kitchen counter barstools are available for a quick grab-and-go breakfast before heading outside for the day. Enjoy meals at the dining table nearby. Any time of day is a good time to relax on the porch with your favorite beverage and a snack.
Outside on the ground level, make a splash in the refreshing private pool. A basketball goal is available in the driveway for fun pickup games during your stay. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. This home is located a bike ride or a short drive away from Duck Village.
