B457Get set for an unforgettable OBX vacation at “Hotty Toddy Haven!” Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the town of Duck, the beach is just a short walk from the home. This home allows families with many generations to vacation together, as there are features for both kids and adults.
The great room on the top floor is open and airy, allowing conversation to flow freely. The living area is comfortably furnished, and includes access to the deck, which is partially covered. An elevator assists with unloading groceries and luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. There is access to the back deck from the kitchen, perfect for making an afternoon drink and stepping outside to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine. Countertop seating at the kitchen island allows little ones to assist with meal prep. Between the countertop seating and the dining table nearby, everyone can enjoy meals together. There is one master bedroom on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third level of the home.
The middle floor of the home consists of additional sleeping quarters, as there are four master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The covered middle level decks on both the front and back of the home can be accessed from the middle floor hallway. Laundry facilities are also located on the second floor. The ground floor was furnished with fun and games in mind. Grab a cold beverage from the wet bar to relax between rounds of shuffleboard. There is a half bathroom on the ground floor that conveniently opens to the pool area as well as the rec room.
Play all day in the private pool, or simply take a dip to cool off after a long day at the beach. After nightfall, head out to the hot tub for a restorative soak to end your day. You and your loved ones will greet the Outer Banks with a “Hotty Toddy” spirit at this haven of a beach house!
