"This is a great house for families with small kids. The layout was perfect and the built in baby gates on the stairs were a pleasant surprise. The extra living space downstairs was so nice for the early wakers. Our toddlers had no problem with the short wall to the beach path every day and we could have left most of our beach and pool toys at home because the house had so much available to use."

"Great house with wonderful kitchen and family room space, lots of decks on every level and we especially loved the top deck for coffee in the am and looking at stars at night. The pool was excellent! Clean, refreshing and just right for two families with a few kids. Out door shower was so nice. The ocean right across the street and everything in Duck just minutes away. We loved the Safari Tour to see the wild horses up north. Saw dolphins and pelicans and many birds. Thank you to the owners! Oh, and the ice maker in the kitchen was awesome - used it all the time!"

Angela, thank you for your survey. We also love the new pool and our proximity to the beach. We’re sorry that you found the beds to be uncomfortable. Just last year, we replaced the queen beds’ box springs, and the box springs and mattresses on the twin beds. We appreciate your feedback, and hope to replace the queen mattresses before the next rental season.
"Margaritaville II is the perfect, cozy house. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. The house is stocked with kitchen basics (and more), games, seating, and beds. The decks, screened-in porch, and hot tub were favorite hangout spots. Close to Duck’s restaurants and shops!"

"Awesome location, short walking distance to the beach. The home is well equipped with everything you need and even has an ice machine! Nice upper deck with a partial ocean view!"
