"Love this property. Multiple seating areas work well to spread a large group out. Abundant seating for dining. Spacious kitchen prep areas. Best, most useable screen porches we've seen in 20 years of renting in OBX. Expansive grounds allow for lots of group activities."

"The main house and guest house were fabulous! The extra touches throughout the home were noticed and appreciated. Both homes offer ice machines, and those are fantastic! The beds are very comfortable, and having two separate homes made the vacation even nicer since there was space to spread out. There are so many amenities that other homes do not generally offer such as premium linens and toiletries. The widow's walks on both homes were used daily, and this is the first time we've tracked the moonrise and viewed its splendor because of these features. The large pool was perfect for a group of 25, and those are difficult to find in other homes, too. There are plenty of congregating spaces both inside and outside. Overall, a wonderful experience that we will treasure forever!"

"These two homes are fabulous. The views of the ocean and sound are amazing. The kitchen in the main house is furnished with everything you could possibly need along with three dishwashers and grand stove. You don’t go on vacation to do laundry, but there are multiple machines to help with the task. Each en-suite bedroom is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is lovely to climb to the widows walk and take in the setting sun. The grounds are very private and beautifully manicured! Our grandchildren loved the beach, swimming pool, pool and ping pong tables, and hot tub. Oh and so many ice machines!"

"Our family has been renting houses in the Outer Banks for over 30 years and Les Dunes is in a class by itself. From the moment we arrived and during our stay, the Twitty representative (Cathy), provided prompt, courteous, and professional service. Cathy greeted us when we arrived and provided a tour highlighting all the features and amenities Les Dunes offers - very helpful given the many features of the home. The home offers a magical setting with the most private, lushly landscaped site in the Duck or Corolla area. The home (actually two homes) is impressive in scale and quality, offering every amenity needed for a perfect vacation. While our family has vacationed in bigger and newer homes in the area, none of those homes offers the combination of privacy, amenities, and quality that Les Dunes offers. We will return!"

"Have been vacationing in OBX, in Duck and Corolla for decades. The Les Dunes was amazing. I was somewhat concerned because pics can be deceiving, this has been true before when houses are a bit older. Let me tell you Les Dunes is a beautiful home, very inviting, very functional and very well kept up. This place was furnished beyond anything I had experienced before. All of the rooms were were large and spacious. Large and spacious grounds were beautiful and maintained. The guest house was also just amazing. Screened in areas and the views are spectacular. Definitely would recommend. The wildlife in this small area was a treat to young and old."

"I have been vacationing in OBX for the past 14 years with my daughters. Every year we try to "outdo" the house we had the previous year. Les Dunes has made it impossible to ever outdo ourselves again! Over the years I have never had a more private, elegant, upscale home that truly does feel like "home". I appreciated the fact that this does not feel like a rental property, but rather a private residence that welcomes guests and pays attention to details such as leaving hotel quality toiletries in all the bathrooms and a "welcome" spread of pastry and flavored water. The cleanliness of the home and the condition of the appointments were first rate. The views cannot be beat, and that fact that there are TWO widows walks in addition to all the balconies and dune decks truly takes advantage of the unobstructed sea to sound views. You will not find a better location for both beach and sound access and views. You know you are in a first class property when the personal chef thanks you for the opportunity to prepare a meal there! This is a stunning property and I will stay here again, which is a first!"

"The house has everything you can ask for. I'm glad we added the heat to the pool. We brought a volleyball net but they had one. We brought a crock pot and they had 2. Loved the heated floors in some of the bathroom. We couldn't figure out some of the jetted tubs. I would highly recommend this house."
