"U-Duck was the perfect location-close access to shopping and food, not an extremely populated area. The crows nest on the host was perfect for viewing sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the sound. We enjoy biking and brought ours with us. The paths along the main road allowed us to bike to the Currituck lighthouse and to Southern Shores. The house was well furnished. The 3 king beds were nice to have and plenty of seating in the main room and dining area. There was also plenty of deck area with lots of seating. Boogie boards, and beach chairs were available, too. We had a nice and peaceful vacation."

"This was our first time renting here! I have to say we LOVED IT! It was very close to the beach, great space, enough beds, I can’t get over the top room! Between the sunrise, sunset, and the Lego’s my family had many great memories up in that room we will never forget! It was very accommodating, only thing is I was they had kids dining sets! They very much enjoyed being fancy and drinking from glass! The walk to the beach was short and sweet! The beach was big and all to ourselves! Every night we walked into town which was amazing and so fun! We came down this week for the car show and it worked out perfectly! Thank you for sharing your sweet home, we had a blast!"

"Beautiful home and perfect location. Plenty of room for a large family and we had a great trip. The home is well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed for the week. The king bed on the upper level could stand to be replaced, we found it too soft and did not offer enough support."
"The photos don't do this place justice - it was very comfortable and well cared for. We loved the garage of numerous sand toys, boogie boards, beach wagon and umbrellas. There are always tons of board games, dvds and books on multiple levels of the home. Lots of things for all ages, including a high chair. My kids loved counting all the ducks everywhere. The grill is also new. Wish there was larger outside, shaded seating somewhere but we ate inside. Note that older reviews are incorrect - this does have keyless entry which made it so nice to allow our kids to come and go. Also note that as of July the community pool is not open due to covid."
