"Duck'n Awesome" lives up to it's name! This spectacular home is located in the perfect spot in Duck! Just park your car for the week and you can walk everywhere. The home is at an equal distance to the beach and Duck Village, where you can shop, dine or enjoy some of the events at Duck Town Park. This home has been tastefully updated, a resort like backyard. Watch the sunrise from the top deck with your morning coffee. Play corn hole in the evening, take a swim in the pool or watch the stars from the hot tub after a long day at the beach. There is something for everyone to have an awesome family vacation.
When you walk into the first floor you will find the game room with pool table, flat screen tv, lots of board games and puzzles. A kitchenette/bar area with refrigerator, sink and microwave. There is a full bathroom, a bedroom with a full size bed and a twin bunk set. The laundry room is also located on this floor.
The second floor has 2 king master suites. One has access to our second deck where you can find some relaxing lounge chairs to escape the sun during the day. The third room has a queen bed and the fourth room has two twins. These rooms share a full bathroom.
The top floor has a large open floor plan with plenty of room for the family to spread out. A beautiful kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, reverse osmosis system and a beverage fridge. The kitchen is well stocked for lots of family fun dinners. The large dining table seats 12 and there are 4 bar spaces available at the kitchen counter. The living area has a large flat screen tv for family movie night. The master suite is also located on this level with a beautiful tiled shower and double sinks. The family room and master each have access to the third deck with a small breakfast table and two rockers to relax in the morning sun.
Wander down to the new resort like back yard and take a splash in the salt-water pool or bask in the sun. There is plenty of room to play games or swing on the double swing. After sunset, gaze up at the stars while relaxing in the hot tub. Your family will love staying at "Duck'n Awesome!
