"What a wonderful home! This was our new grandson's first family vacation and it couldn't have been more perfect. Love the layout and that all bedrooms have king beds (other than the bunk and twin rooms) and are located on the first and second floors. Plenty of family gathering space but the layout allows for private space as well. Decks are everywhere and roomy and pool area is perfect. The elevator was a pleasant surprise and perfect as one of our family members has knee issues and climbing stairs is difficult. We have been going to the OBX for over 20 years and this is the best property we have ever stayed in. Without question we would rent this property again."
