"Large, spacious home with plenty of room for multiple families. Their top floor kitchen is great for cooking for a large group and has 2 stoves with 2 dish washers. Outdoor area is gated in which is nice and has a separate gate to access the pool from the inside which is great for children and/or dogs. It’s a great place to spend time during the day in the heated pool and the evenings in the hot tub. There are plenty of chairs for lounging on the multiple porches as well as by the pool."

One recommendation is on the bottom floor it would be nice if at least one of the "kid's rooms" had a separate full/queen for parents. "Lovely home. Newly renovated and well stocked with everything you need for a fun week in OBX. The sleeping setup was great with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Great location. Close to pickle ball courts which we made good use of. Folks at Twiddy was very responsive to any questions or requests. Will definitely rent this home again!"

"We enjoyed the upper level screened in porch and 2 hot tubs on the property. The way the bedrooms are configured with a good number of king sized beds as well as bunks, twins and doubles worked out well for our family. Having a full bath for each bedroom was appreciated. Its location is excellent for accessing tennis courts, fitness center, and all the shops and boardwalk."

We even had deer visit us a few times! The ice machines, extra trash cans and wide parking area all made this a home I can't wait to rent again!"

"The Reserve is a huge home with nice accommodations, plenty of parking, and a good location. The added amenities of smart TVs, a screened in porch, pool table, 2 washers/dryers, and second hot tub were appreciated. When repairs were needed upon arrival, Twiddy staff was quickly responsive to various problems: burned out light bulbs; damaged ceiling light covers; leaking toilet; shower door track issues; inoperable stove burners; missing teaspoons. An internet signal extender for the lowest floor would be helpful. We had a good week and enjoyed our stay."
