"The kitchen was VERY well stocked with any pan/dish/utensil needed for our family's stay. The new double dishwashers and double wall ovens made dinner preparation and clean up very easy for our group of 14. The heated pool and cabana made our vacation fun even on very rainy and cloudy days when the beach was a bust All beds were comfortable and the elevator helped with accessibility."

"The house served all 16 of us so well. The location to the beach was only a 4 minute walk. There were plenty of eateries in a close proximity to this house. No complaints here. The house it’s self had plenty of space for everyone."
"Everything you could possibly need or want. The elevator made a huge difference in that we had two one year olds and an 85 year old great grandpa. The kitchen Was well stocked, having a pantry to put out food away was everything. Usually you have to put groceries out on the cupboards or on top of the frig, this kept things neat and organized. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The air conditioning worked great on all three levels. We couldn’t have been happier."
"The location of this property was outstanding. We loved being able to walk to the town and the beach. Pool was perfect. Loved the size of the house as we had adult children and grandchildren all under one roof."

"My family loved Seas the Beach! It is a beautiful home with many amenities. Unfortunately we had very bad weather during our weeks stay. We used the cabana area the best we could. We brought the gas fireplace near the cabana and stayed relatively warm. We also used the fireplace on the second floor to gather and still be outside!"

"Best equipped kitchen of any rentals we have used before. We also liked it that cabinets were labeled. It was good for our family group.. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds. More deck seating would be nice for each room that opens onto a deck. Parking is a challenge with the limited space. We had a nice time and our family enjoyed the trip. Easy access to beach."

"Loved the elevator, pool, firepit, large kitchen, large great room, 2 dining tables, and overall decor and cleanliness."
"This house was spectacular! The outdoor area was large and allowed for multiple groups / conversations while enjoying the shade. All 3 fridges had working ice makers, plus another ice maker in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, and the living room had comfortable furniture and a huge tv. The walk to the beach and to town along the private boardwalk was so easy that we rarely used our cars. Speaking of cars, we easily fit more than 5, you just have to do some juggling when people need to go out. All the decks made it easy to enjoy and access the outdoors, and the thick trees provided privacy and made you feel like you were sitting in the treetops on the upper deck. This is a well-maintained home that’s perfect for groups!"
"Easy access to the walkway behind the house that takes you directly to the beach. The cabana behind the house was a big hit, with ample shade when needed. Equipped with a refrigerator to store beverages, it saved time to get that much needed beverage on those particular hot days. The house had plenty of room for our large family."
"The house was very well-appointed, especially with cooking supplies, dishes, etc. The decor was current, and had a nice beach-theme. We liked the curved staircases, which were a nice touch. We liked the outdoor covered bar area. The furniture was comfortable. We liked the two dining tables."
"Perfect location for a family vacation. The elevator made it easy to pack and unpack our cars. It was a Short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Community trolley was fun to take us within walking distance to town with Great shopping and good restaurants. Lots to do!"
"Nice pool and deck furniture. The pool area is big and would be wonderful with some upkeep. We were excited about the fire pit and corn hole (too bad the fire pit didn't work). Close to the community pool and beach access. Having a pantry for food items is always a plus. The house is insulated well. We heard very little noise from other rooms. We have always found beds at Twiddy houses to be comfortable, this one included."

"We had a fabulous time at this location. The home was great, clean and had everything you would need for a week at the beach. The quick path to the beach was so handy. The outside amenities were great and we spent most of our time outside enjoying them. There was plenty of room for our family of 17 adults. Great vacation!!!!!"
